Draw Stick provides professional construction estimating services based on the project scope and documents shared by the client. Each estimation is a digital document reflecting projected costs compiled using industry knowledge and standard practices.

Estimate Accuracy

All quantities, scopes, and cost data included in the estimate are based on the information provided by the client and compiled to the best of our ability. By using this document, the client confirms that the data is accurate and agrees not to hold Draw Stick liable for any oversights or discrepancies unless specifically addressed prior to delivery.

Client Responsibilities

It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate drawings, specifications, and a clearly defined scope of work. The precision of the estimate depends directly on the quality and completeness of the information received.

Pricing Notice

The estimate provided is intended as a guideline for planning and budgeting purposes. Labor and material prices vary by region, vendor, contractor, and other factors, and are subject to change over time. The figures in the document are not final quotes, but general estimates based on available market data at the time of preparation.

Scope of Delivery

A standard estimate includes breakdowns for labor, materials, equipment, subcontractor markup, contingencies, supervision, and other relevant construction-related costs. If a bill of materials is provided, it may not include secondary items such as fasteners, connectors, or installation accessories unless specifically requested.

Turnaround Time

Estimates are typically delivered within 9 business days from the date of payment or confirmation unless otherwise discussed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. For urgent requests, expedited delivery options may be available at additional cost.

Revisions & Additional Requests

Once the initial estimate is delivered, any changes or updates outside of the original scope may be treated as additional work and subject to extra charges. Revisions are not included by default unless previously agreed.

Confidentiality & Use of Materials

Unless covered under a signed non-disclosure agreement (NDA), Draw Stick may use non-sensitive content such as project names, testimonials, documents, and visuals for marketing or portfolio purposes. If confidentiality is required, the client must inform us in writing so a formal NDA can be arranged.
